Taper off slowly.

Want to try something good?  Get some Japanese roasted barley tea.  It has no

caffeine and you don't need sugar.

I love this iced.

They are many brands.  You can order it or look in an Asian store for some.

I'm drinking it right now matter of fact.

Pete,

I love the Roma Coffee Substitute too.

It is a Roasted Barley and Cickory drink too. I know most any health food

store, my local Winn Dixie grocery store and many online sites all have it

available.

Kaffree Roma Roasted Grain Beverage is delicious and satisfying! Kaffree Roma is

made from roasted malt barley with a touch of chicory. Enjoy the robust,

full-bodied taste of coffee without the caffeine or tannic acids of coffee

beans.

INGREDIENTS: Roasted Malt Barley, Roasted Barley, Roasted Chicory.

Nutrition Facts

Serving Size: 1 rounded teaspoon (2 g)

Servings Per Container: 50

Nutrient Amount % DV

Calories 10

Enjoy,

Judy
