Guest guest
Buffalo Chicken Dip This recipe is great for parties! It's not too spicy, but is definitely tasty! Ingredients: 1 pkg. Faux Chicken tenders (I use Quorn) 8oz Package Cream cheese, sut into squares (I use Tofutti) ½ c. Ranch dressing 4 oz Hot sauce (I like Frank's) ¾ c. Chopped celery 4 oz. Pepper-Jack cheese, shredded Directions: 1. Cook chick'n as per package, then shred or chop up into small pieces 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 3. Grease 9 " pie pan 4. Place chick'n in large skillet, add cream cheese, ranch dressing, celery, and hot sauce 5. Stir over low heat until cream cheese melts 6. Pour into greased pan 7. Top with Pepper-Jack cheese 8. Bake 20-25 minutes Serve with tortilla chips or crackers (I prefer Club Crackers). I have a friend that uses the left overs for wraps.
