Cracker Barrel-lots of veggie choices

 

Sonic-I just ask for wraps and sandwiches without the meat

 

Zaxby's-grilled cheese basket

 

Subway-veggie delight sub/apple slices or veggie chips

 

Mexican-lots of choices(watch for lard in the refried beans and chicken broth in

rice, always ask and make sure they understand what you are asking)

 

Pizza Hut-I'm VERY lucky in that my son is a cook here...he leaves off the

chicken in the  Chicken Alfredo and throws in some mushrooms and green peppers

instead and it's delicious!!!! He also brings me veggie lovers pizzas and

cheese/mushrooms calzones

 

O'Charlies-I absolutely loved the Pecan crusted chicken tender salad so when I

became vegetarian a few years ago I just get them to leave out the chicken (it's

cheaper too) and I also enjoy spinach & artichoke dip with chips here and

several other restaurants like this

Be careful of Cracker Barrel Veggie, many have meat or meat broth cooked in

them.

 

Also always check the ingredients in alfredo sauce and spinach artichoke dip.

Some have chicken stock in them. Olive Garden doesn't have it in theirs.
