Guest guest
The Sheltie was. She would keep my children in the back yard. I didn't train her to do that. She just knew that I didn't want them going toward the street and herded them away from it. She always knew when our car was approaching within two miles of home. She would lie on the back floor until we were near home and then sat up and wagged her tail. She gave us fifteen years of love. My mother referred to her as humble. Golly, now I'm getting teary. Guest guest
I met my son's girlfriend's corgi on Monday. It is extremely friendly. My face was washed repeatedly, which was my own fault for putting my face within reach. I'm told he will herd people and critters but I didn't get to see that. He was a high energyy sweetie. I'm hoping to make him some vegetarian dog treats real soon now. He has agreed to taste test a couple of recipes. ;-) -ginger
