Guest guest
Mariah, Tofu has no flavor of its own. It will take on the flavor of whatever you cook it with. So you need to do something to make it interesting. You can be creative as you like. Here's one approach to get you started. Squeeze out the water by pressing the tofu between paper towels. Then cut it up into bite-size cubes. Either season the cubes with your favorite spices or marinade them with your favorite marinade. Then stir-fry the cubes in a pan coated with olive oil together with your favorite veggies. Once you've done something like that you'll see how versatile tofu is and can start making your own creations.
