Guest guest
Try the Scrambled " eggs " in the breakfast folder. Very good and made with crumbled up tofu. Also try the Marvi-whip Mayo recipe using Tofu. It is delicious! It is in the condiments folder. Guest guest
One of my favorite really simple ways to eat tofu is to dice it small, layer it over a large pile of shredded raw spinach and top the whole pile with some spaghetti sauce or salsa & pop it in the microwave for 1 minute. Yum, fast & easy. Let us know how you did with your tofu Peace, Diane , Mariah Crites <10mmc wrote: > > cool. i'll have to try that too. > Im afraid im going to cook it wrong, and hate it. > > > > > > DonnaLilacFlower <thelilacflower > Mariah Crites <10mmc > Sunday, November 9, 2008 12:25:13 PM > What to do with tofu? > > Give it a try.
