Thanks for the suggestion. I hope you'll post some of the recipes you use with the shells. (Well, it's famous with my wife.) This is what I do: - pressure cook equal parts black beans and pinto beans seasoned with chili powder and garlic powder - mash or grind the beans. I use my KitchenAid's grinder attachment - put out the beans and shells along with your favorite toppings (salsa, hot sauce, cheese, olives, diced green chiles, guacamole, whatever you like) - let everyone serve themselves Mike Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
