Guest guest
Hi Mike I have both sizes. One fits the regular flour tortillas and the other fits the burrito size. I don't really have a recipe. I will make a shell and fill with guacamole and serve with chips when guests are over. If you need a quick meal while the shell is baking open a can of vegetarian chili and heat. Put in the bottom of the shell and put your fixings on top. I will put beans and rice on the bottom of a shell and add lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and all the other salad ingredients. Sometimes I will fill the shell with leftovers like barley and mushroons, lentils, rice pilaf, veggie stew, believe it or not I like leftover mashed potatoes with crumbles on top and chopped onions. Experiment and see what you come up with. Enjoy, they are great! Donna Through violence, you may 'solve' one problem, but you sow the seeds for another. Thanks for the suggestion. I hope you'll post some of the recipes you use with the shells. For those of you who didn't see Donna's original message, they're here: http://www.amazon. com/Nor-Pro- Mini-Tortilla- Baker/dp/ B0000VLWXS/ ref=pd_rhf_ p_t_1 Tonight I used them for Mike's Famous Tostada Bar. (Well, it's famous with my wife.) This is what I do: - pressure cook equal parts black beans and pinto beans seasoned with chili powder and garlic powder - mash or grind the beans. I use my KitchenAid's grinder attachment - put out the beans and shells along with your favorite toppings (salsa, hot sauce, cheese, olives, diced green chiles, guacamole, whatever you like) - let everyone serve themselves Mike
