i tried a variety of different ways. i tried it with soy sauce, blackening(not

exactly sure what it is, but my mom said i should try it), and alot of others. I

even put cinimon on one. lol it wasnt my favorite. then i put them all in the

george foreman. Oh and before i cooked it i pressed it. i didnt like the ones

with soy sauce. thats probably bcuz i dont like soy sauce. any suggestions? i

think im goin to put it in the freezer. ive heard that helps give it texture.

Re: What to do with tofu?

One of my favorite really simple ways to eat tofu is to dice it small,

layer it over a large pile of shredded raw spinach and top the whole

pile with some spaghetti sauce or salsa & pop it in the microwave for

1 minute. Yum, fast & easy. Let us know how you did with your tofu :)

Peace,

Diane
