I think I have a George Foreman in a box somewhere... how did it work with

the tofu? I would worry that it would make it too dry, but maybe not.

 

I'm still experimenting with tofu, too. I'm with you on the soy sauce, not

my favorite. I tried a stir fry (made my little apartment smell like onions

for two days!), but figured out I really don't care for either stir

fry sauce (at least the stuff I got at the grocery store) or for

teriyaki. My aunt loves barbecue tofu, I'll have to find her recipe. It's

got peanut butter in it, and it's baked. Probably would be a better

texture fried first. I need to try it again, because I don't think I did it

right the first time.
