Guest guest Posted November 11, 2008 Report Share Posted November 11, 2008 Sage Pesto 1/2 cup sage leaves 1/2 cup parstey leaves 2 garlic cloves 3 tablespoons pine nuts 2 tablespoons grated parmesan 1/2 cup olive oil salt and freshly ground pepper In a food processor, combine the sage, parsley, garlic, pine nuts, and cheese and process for 20 seconds, slowly adding the olive oil while the machine is running. Transfer to a mixing bowl and add salt and pepper to taste. May be prepared up to 1 day ahead, covered, and refrigerated. Bring to room temperature before serving.
