Guest guest Posted November 11, 2008 Report Share Posted November 11, 2008 This is a wonderful evening treat Chai Hot Soy Milk 2 cups soy milk 1/2 teaspoon crushed fresh ginger 1/2 teaspoon crushed cardamom (sp?) 6 Whole cloves 1/2 Cinnamon stick (or 1/2 teaspoon of ground) pinch of nutmeg teaspoon brown sugar Bring soy milk up to almost boiling, lower heat, remember to keep stirring it pulse other ingredients in your food processor or mini-prep chopper Add everything to the pan and simmer for 10 minutes Strain and enjoy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
