DM Orange Honey Butter 1 lb. butter 2 1/2 cups honey 3/4 cup light brown sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. lemon zest 1 tbsp. orange zest Mix all these ingredients in your mixer bowl. Blend to combine and then whip it until it is very light. Roll it into several logs or a crock and chill.. Unless otherwise stated the method is the same for all these recipes. Maple Cinnamon Butter 1 lb. butter 2 tbsps. real maple syrup 2 drops vanilla 1/4 tsp. cinnamon Mix all these ingredients in your mixer bowl. Blend to combine and then whip it until it is very light. Roll it into several logs or a crock and chill.. Raspberry Butter 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup raspberries crushed 1/4 cup raspberry jam Mix all these ingredients in your mixer bowl. Blend to combine and then whip it until it is very light. Roll it into several logs or a crock and chill.. Strawberry Almond Butter 1/2 lb. fresh strawberries cleaned and crushed 1/2 lb. butter 3/4 lb. confectionary sugar 1/2 cup finely ground toasted almonds Mix all these ingredients in your mixer bowl. Blend to combine and then whip it until it is very light. Roll it into several logs or a crock and chill.. Peach Butter 1/2 cup butter 1/3 cup peach preserves 1/2 tsp. almond extract 1 tbsp. confectionary sugar Mix all these ingredients in your mixer bowl. Blend to combine and then whip it until it is very light. Roll it into several logs or a crock and chill.. I was thinking of making some whole wheat bread in the bread machine this weekend -- and I love peach! Sounds like it would go really well -- thanks for posting! Audrey S.
