Guest guest
Hey MoMo I bake incredible breads and pastries and my Mom always told me to put all dry ingredients in a separate bowl and make very sure they were blended with a spoon or fork. Don't bother with a sifter. Now when I was a teen and didn't bake she never understood why I had a flour sifter hahahahaha. I was sad when she tossed it. A zillion years ago, I was complaining to her about how hard it was to clean the mesh around the blades of a sifter, and she told me she never sifted flour, but I could aerate it with a fork before mixing it in if it made me feel better I haven't sifted since! (I keep flour in the fridge, so bugs haven't been a problem.) Peace, Mo Donnalilacflower wrote: > I make beautiful breads and I don't sift.
