Guest guest Posted November 13, 2008 Report Share Posted November 13, 2008 Back when I was in Home Ec class, my teacher told me that you no longer need to sift flour. Long time ago, it would have hard pieces of wheat that you would find in your flour occasionally, but she said that since the 70's it has been sifted very well prior to being bagged and no longer contains any hard stuff in it.
