Riblets and Egghplannt meatballs

I have to work late sometimes and I like a quick

dinner to warm up on the go at work.

I take riblets and a Kaiser roll or I will have some

eggplant meatballs tossed with pasta and a little

sauce. I found the eggplant meatballs at WF's and I

also make them from the recipe in the groups files

when I have time.

I don't think the riblets are too sweet, they are just

right to me. I've been disappointed with the corn

dogs, now those taste like an old cheap Oscar Meyer

hot dog draped in Jiffy lard cornbread mix. They

really taste like junk to me and they are greasy.

Last time I made one I laid it on a paper napkin and

the whole imprint was on the napkin when I picked it

up.

I like the buffalo wings too, I can't always find them

though. When I do I stock up.

I found some fry Chik recently and it's very good, has

a thin tasty gravy.
