Meat substitutes aren't just for transititioning to a vegetarian lifestyle,

but for many it is a taste they enjoy and use with different recipes to add

great variety to the menu. I personally have never ever eaten meat. I am

a 3rd generation vegetarian raising a 4th generation and we love using the

Worthington and Loma Linda products often. We don't use them every meal,

but often thru the week.

I hear some of you talking about the Vegetarian Hot dogs. Well our

favorites are the Big Franks, Vega-Links and the Linketts. All have their

own unique flavor and I enjoy using them in many different ways.

This morning for breakfast, I sliced up 3 vega-links in round circles and

browned in some hot oil. I quartered 4 red skined potatoes and sliced them

in small quartered potatoe slices, rinsed them and steamed them in a large

bowl covered with a dinner plate in the microwave for 6 minutes. I then

add the steammed potatoes, some sliced onions and green peppers to the

browned vegalink rounds, I covered the pan and stirred often until slightly

browned and all was nice and tender, . I sprinkled with some salt, Adobo

All purpose seasoning and curry powder and tossed well to coat all and

cooked for 3 more minutes or so. I had this all cooked up in 15 minutes.

We had some Soy and Flaxseed bread toasted, some fruit slices and we ready

to go work out hard at the health club. It was delicious.

These products are here for you to enjoy.

To find a location close to you that sells these products, look at these two

sites.

http://www.adventistbookcenter.com/ On here, there is a store locator on

the side bar, that will give you locations in your state. They don't list

the health foods on the website, but each store has a excellent health food

store in them. You will find the best variety of frozen, dried,

refrigerated, and canned meat substitutes, seasonings and other health

foods, including soy, rice and almond powdered milk or in cartons. They

will also ship products to your.

http://wheretobuy.kelloggs.com/search.aspx Type in your zip code to find a

location near you. Even if your area doesn't show up, call your local

healthfood store and many will bring them in.

These online retailers also carry our products and may have the specific

product you wish to find.

Ingles, Albertsons, Krogers, Ralph's, Food 4 Less, and some Wal-marts are

just some of the chain USA grocery stores that carry at least some of the

Worthington Canned products. If they don't have the canned or frozen

products, they should be able to get them in for you.
