I was already going to turn the leftover mashed potatoes into a soup so even though I could freeze the green bean soup I was thinking of trying for something else. I could use a dish that would combine the green bean casserole with the leftover carrots that I have too. Does anyone have any ideas of other kinds of leftovers? It's getting to be that time so I think others might be looking for ideas. I also made a cranberry relish with pears and ginger.... any ideas on that?
