I used a California Navel Orange and scrubbed it well. The peel on these is so thick, flavorful c.. and tender. I had forgotten about this good recipe until you mentioned it. Enjoy, Judy a.. Cranberry Orange Relish b.. c.. d.. 12 ounces cranberries e.. 1 stalk celery, chopped f.. 1 orange with peel, chopped g.. 1 cup white sugar h.. 1 drop of orange flavoring(optional) DIRECTIONS 1.. In a food processor or blender, combine the cranberries, celery, orange, orange flavoring and sugar. Blend until evenly chopped. 2.. Refrigerate for several hours to allow flavors to blend 3..
