Guest guest Posted November 18, 2008 Report Share Posted November 18, 2008 This is my favorite milkshake/smoothie 1 cup soy yogurt 1 cup rice or soy milk 1/4 cup walnuts 2 T toasted coconut 2 T fresh/frozen/dried cherries (i use dried most of the time) 1 T agave 1 T dark chocolate chips (i use ghirardelli) 1 T raw old fashioned oats pinch of salt Serves 2 Toss everything into your tribest or vitamix and blend until smooth i usually keep the dry ingredient mixture ready in a quart jar so i can quickly have my favorite smoothie Enjoy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
