Old age brings a whole new, exciting, wonderful set of experiences.

That said, fooie on old age. I'm not ready to have my cataracts removed and

suddenly find that I cannot read my beloved tea catalogs. Carl bought me one of

Yes, very helpful, thank you Pete! And to continue making it veggie - wash your

leeks well as they have many hiding places for sand. Try splitting them in half,

brushing with olive oil, sprinkling with sea salt and cooking on the grill.

 

Tried the reading glasses at Wally World - didn't work on me, darnit.

 

The computer rebuild went well even without eyes. I had things laid out on the

desk so didn't end up putting in two different kinds of RAM, which gives

indigestion to the mobo I am using for that one. love the magnifier for the

monitor since I usually have to copy e-mail, paste to word then change font to

24, I'm pretty good about changing it back to a small font for e-mailing the

group, since a friend was totally fried on another group I was on just because

she sent her e-mails in a large font.
