Oh the Wham is great! I love it on sandwiches, crisped up in the oven or

frying pan or microwave.

Irene, the Adventist Book Center - ABC will definitely have the

Worthington/Loma Linda products, canned and frozen. They also have the Cedar

Lake and Vibrant Life brands of meat substitutes and others. You'll love the

selection. Look for the McKays and Bill Best vegetarian Chicken and Beef

Flavoring in a jar. It comes in a powder form that makes great broths, gravies

and flavoring in casseroles.

I love to cut up the FriChik in my cornbread dressing. Try the Prosage the

comes in a roll and tastes like Sausage. It really good and what I use in my

Prosage Jalopeno Dressing. The recipe is in the Recipe Files in the Stuffing

recipes.

Have Fun Irene.

I tried the Worthington Wham (fake ham) slices and they were really good!

I'm sure the turkey is good also. :)

Who knew??

I've been vegetarian forever and never heard of Worthington, although

I remember Loma Linda from my little girl days.

Thanks for the suggestions, Judy -- I'll definitely look for them.
