Guest guest
I am glad to hear about the Hunt's Gel Snacks. Several years ago (before the present " era " in my life, I bought these because I didn't see corn sryrup on the label and for whatever reason, they (the little cups of " gel snack " ) didn't aggravate a sensitivity I seem to have to all things " corn " . Now it's nice to know these are also veg-friendly, despite the food dyes and things that are just below the radar in desirability. For a treat, they sound okay and I will remember what I read here when I next see them in the store! (Perhaps the magic of the " gel " is in the carob bean gum and/or perhaps pectin from the fruit ingredients--that would make sense!) They taste good, anyway! :-> Thanks! This group is great for so much information! -Laura B., in Illinois Re: Question - Hunt's gel snacks Posted by: " wwjd " jtwigg cvtfluffy Wed Nov 19, 2008 9:55 am ((PST)) and it stays gelled at room temp, which gelatin doesn't. Koolaide made a gelatin free gel too. You find them in the snack pack area near the pudding in 4 packages.
