I really like everything homemade.  I haven't done the barley tea homemade.  I

will try it as soon as I use up the giganenormontersize

bag from the Japanese market.  Like that word?

Good morning!

 

Did you try the homemade barley tea yet?  I toasted mine in the skillet until it

was light brown then let it cool, then ground it, then i put it in the crock pot

on low overnight, dry, and all of it didn't get dark, but mostly around the

edges, so I tried it, and the flavor was even better! Wasn't bitter at all, was

just right
