Guest guest Posted November 20, 2008 Report Share Posted November 20, 2008 Sri Lankan Cabbage 2 or more onions, thinly sliced 1 to 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil 1 teaspoon turmeric several whole cardamom pods several whole cloves 2 to 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 head cabbage, thinly sliced salt to taste Saute onions in butter or olive oil with garlic and spices until onions are soft, around 8 minutes.
