Mushroom Sesame salad dressing, looking for recipe

Out of town and had searched for vege restaurants. This place was

I had the Klepner Sandwich which I am def. going to try to duplicate.

also had a salad with the Mushroom Sesame dressing. Very delish and

searching for a recipe. It was soy sauce based, maybe some tahini or

sesame oil.... Wish this was in my area - I would have to eat there

every week. I searched the files quickly and do not see a salad

dressing by that name but if you know of something similar to try,

would love to see the recipe.
