Wendy, I haven't tried making a reuben with tempeh, I'm going to try this!

Most recently, I have made reubens with fake turkey lunchmeat, which is

pretty good. I'll bet the tempeh has a better texture, though. :)

Thanks for the recipe, Wendy, and welcome.

We have two big crocks of sauerkraut fermenting just now, so I know

we'll get a lot of mileage out of your Reuben recipes.
