Guest guest Posted November 21, 2008 Report Share Posted November 21, 2008 Homemade Chocolate Syrup 1/2 cup favorite cocoa powder (ghirardelli) 1 cup cane juice crystals (plain sugar will work ok) pinch of salt 1 cup water 1 t vanilla Mix everything except vanilla in sauce pan. Medium heat while whisking, getting all the lumps out. Bring to a boil for one and a half minutes - it will thicken and turn glossy - stir constantly.
