Being a vegan is easier to do than it sounds.

Even Zippy my dachshund follows the same strict diet.

No worries he is healthy at 6 and has more energy than when I rescued

him 4 years ago.

There is allot of groups out here on the web that can help you also.

I have actually relearned to cook healthier.

Only time you can encounter problems as a vegan is when you travel.

You will have to do a little more planning and ask lots of questions.

Use sites like vegguide.org or happycow.com

Both sites are good for anyone Vegetarian, health conscience or vegan

I like daschunds, but they seem to be neurotic little dogs! My mom has an

old guy, Oscar. Red, short-haired. He likes nothing better than to get into

her computer room, curl up on the couch, and bark at anything that moves out

that front window. I think it's actually a relaxing practice for him!
