Guest guest Posted November 23, 2008 Report Share Posted November 23, 2008 I made this last weekend and it is awesome. I've done something similar with grilled vegetables too. The dijon mustard gives a nice taste to the sauce and the red peppers give it a little sweetness. Definitely a keeper. Next time I think I'll add some tomatoes too.
