I could not find any in the archives, so I searched until my fingers were raw

from typing (actually I'm just being silly, I google'd for about 3 seconds) and

found these two near the top that look good

Has Ginger

Cinnamon

Someone here is bound to have others and maybe they'll post them!  Yum, now I

want scones

Hopefully this will get you started!

Cheers,

Pumpkin Scones

Does anyone have a recipe for vegan pumpkin scones? My daughter's

co-

worker gave her some and she said that they were the best scones she

ever had. It was from Veganimcon (or something like that). The local

library doesn't have a copy of the book and neither does the bookstore

and it's too late to order it on-line. Does anyone have this

cookbook? Please share this recipe!

TIA,

Great sounding recipes. Thanks Pete. They sure sound easy to make to.

Thanks. I forwarded these on to my daughter. She has her heart set

on the one in the Veganimcon Cookbook though. If no one has it

maybe she'll try one of these.

Thanks again!

Hi, Deb --

I hope you didn't suffer any damage from the earthquake. Those of us

who live on the west coast don't usually think of Idaho as earthquake

territory, somehow. Hope all is well.

Please tell your daughter that I have the Veganicon cookbook and I'll

send along the recipe this evening. Gotta dash now!
