Guest guest
Peanut butter ginger cookies 1 cup all purpose unbleached flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 cup rolled oats 3/4 cup peanut butter, chunky, salted 3/4 stick butter 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 can condensed milk 3/4 cup chopped yellow raisins 1 tbsp vanilla 3 tbsp grated fresh ginger Mix butters, sugar, milk until creamy. Add raisins, spices, oats, flour and baking soda. Mix well but do not over-mix. Either drop a tsp cookie dough on oiled tray, or roll balls and flatten on tray with fork or flat instrument. Bake at preheated 350F oven for 15-20 minutes. Less time for chewier, more time for crispier.
