I couldn't decide what green veggie to include in our Thanksgiving menu - but when I went to the market the beautiful bright green brussel sprouts jumped right out at me. Will braise them in broth and butter and sprinkle balsamic over them. Also serving sweet potato-ginger soup, macaroni and cheese, hush puppies (a requested alternative to my usual stuffing), and pumpkin cheesecake with praline topping (in last month's food & wine).
