Happy Thanksgiving, and why un-tomatoe ketchup??

Just wanted to say a big Happy Thanksgiving and that I am very happy I

found this group! I am a new vegan and find this group so helpful. I

just saw a post for " un-tomatoe Ketchup " and was just wondering why no

tomatoes?? They are very good for you and I see no reason why you would

not want to use them in something. There are many vegan options out

there for ketchup so I was curious as to why there was a recipe posted

like that. Just curious, thats all, it left me wondering! Blessings and

I hope we inspire others to live a kind life this year and stand as

examples of compassion and respect to all of life, not just us humans!
