Yes but it also increases the complaints from the hubster about how darn

sweet this sauce is...so I load mine up with lots of shakey cheese (parmesan

etc.) and it has the same effect.

I don't use the usual tomato sauce. I use fresh tomatoes and don't cook it long.

I add a pear which makes it taste better and may cut the acid. I sure makes it

taste better :>)
