Guest guest
Quite often I get up in the middle of the night and cook. It really relaxes me and I love to try a new recipe now and then along with my old Tried & True ones. Donna Rainy day mushroom pillow, colors green, brown and yellow. On Monday I tried to make a variation of a recipe I saw on Simply Ming, a sort of pot-sticker with homemade wraps. I ended up with a big, sticky mess at the bottom of the pan, although what didn't stick to the bottom of the pan was actually quite good. Just reason to give it another try sometime soon. Pete, I absolutely agree, cooking is my relax time too. And with my high stress job, that means a lot. (Fortunately I'm on vacation this week, and so really able to relax...) Happy Thanksgiving!
