Guest guest
This was our Thanksgiving meal this year -- my sister's recipe from a co-worker. Very good! Tomato Vodka Cream Sauce 1 stick butter 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 1/2 c vodka 1 can Italian seasoned crushed tomatoes 3/4 c parmesan cheese 1/2 c romano cheese 1 c heavy cream Melt butter over high heat until bubbly. Add red pepper. Rapidly add vodka - or butter will burn. Simmer for 2 mins. Simmer w/ tomatoes and 2 cheeses for 3 mins, then add cream and simmer for 1 min. Mix with prepared pasta (or maybe Quorn naked cutlets? mmm!) Also, add cayenne pepper to taste.
