I tried several different versions and this seems to work best (now i have a whole table of muffins to freeze ) 2 t baking powder 1 t baking soda 1 T finely ground wheat flour 1 T all purpose flour 1 t corn starch 1/3 cup cold water Whisk or blend until foamy This is for 2 egg equiv. egg replacement from things we rarely run out of and great for people who rely on the net to order things Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
