Hey Pete,

I do believe I have been awake long enough to be 90 yrs old.  I almost never

sleep.  I have always been like this, never slept as a kid so I doubt it will

ever change.

Yet I'm never caught up with things I need to get done.

Wonder if they'll turn back ever,

contemplating what together,

poison dreams, assorted dreams, mushroom dreams.

Wow, you get up early!

I've had red bush tea once, then forgot all about it, i'll have to try some more

- i think the kind i had before was Tazo African.

That breakfast sounds yummy - hope you don't have to be driving out in that fog

- have a great day!

Hey Pete

I just got up, I had red bush tea and a toasted bagel with hemp butter.

It is so foggy out I can't see an inch from my window.

[vegetarian_ group] Review Judy's Baked Tofu " Eggs " Slices

Had these this morning with some plain brown rice and some apples with a little

cinnamon

Very yummy, thanks Judy

Hope everyone has a great Monday!

Baked Tofu " Eggs " Slices

1 lb. Tofu, water packed - Extra Firm - drain and rinse

Cut into 1/4 inch thick strips and roll in the " Chicken Seasoning " mix below.

Bake on a sprayed baking sheet @ 350 for about 15 minutes and then flip the

slices over to crisp up on the other side for about 15 more minutes. If you like

it crispier, let it stay longer on each side.

" Chicken Seasoning "

1 1/3 c. Nutrititional Yeast Flakes

3 T. Onion Powder

2 1/2 t. Garlic Powder

2 1/2 t. Salt

2 T. Parsley

1/2 t. Celery Salt

2 T. Italian Seasoning

1 t. Tumeric

Mix together and store in a ziplock bag for use in recipes that call for

Chicken Seasoning. It is good in Soups, breading meal and for use in making

Scrambled Egg Tofu or in the above recipe.
