Guest guest
left out the body of my first message - silly servers What is the difference between the nutritional yeast you see in a lot of recipes and standard baking yeast? I buy a lot of the former, and was just wondering what the difference is...
Guest guest
The standard baking yeast is used to get bread, rolls, etc. to rise. Nutritional yeast does not do that. It flavors and adds nutrition to a dish.
