Guest guest Posted December 2, 2008 Report Share Posted December 2, 2008 Vanilla Vinaigrette 1/4 cup sugar 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar 2 teaspoons grated onion 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 vanilla bean or 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/2 cup vegetable oil Combine the first 6 ingredients in a container of an electric blender, process the mixture until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.
