Guest guest Posted December 3, 2008 Report Share Posted December 3, 2008 Veggie mushroom burger Serves 1 Preparation time less than 30 mins Cooking time less than 10 mins Ingredients 1 large flat mushroom 1 bap For the filling: a handful lettuce, shredded 1 tomato, sliced 1 mushroom, sliced Method 1. Lightly brush a large flat mushroom with oil and grill or barbecue for 3 minutes. Turn over and grill for a further 2 minutes. 2. Spread some mustard over one half of a bap. 3.
