We garden, eat, recycle, purchase,etc. by *example* and it shows by our health, happiness and positive outlook. People will then gravitate to us and ask " what is it that makes you so happy? " ..Ah ha now we can answer " it is our Vegegarian/Vegan lifestyle. " Or perhaps it is our religious beliefs or our exercise and meditation practices. If our lifestyle brings joy then others will want it for themselves.
