My sister was telling me at Thanksgiving that she make the same Microwave Peanut Brittle that we make, but with salted roasted peanuts, because she likes the sweet and salty combination. I do too, so we will try it that way next time for a nice change, even though we do love it with the raw skinned peanuts.
