Guest guest Posted December 4, 2008 Report Share Posted December 4, 2008 Basil, Lime and Pumpkin Seed Pesto 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds 1 cup basil, packed 4 tablespoons lime juice 3 cloves garlic 2 tablespoons olive oil salt and pepper Lightly toast pumpkin seeds and grind unil they stick to the walls of the food processor.
