Guest guest
i mix the following in equal portions cooked then dried 7 grain cereal vegan choc chips dried cherries raisins sunflower seeds raw course chopped walnuts same with peanuts and only a pinch of salt this is my favorite snack and it cures most cravings... i probably eat 1/2 every day my other favorite snacks any kind of fresh fruit, especially grapes I love any and all baked sweets, but I avoid them like crazy (look in my freezer if you don't believe me!), because hopefully in 2 more months, i will be completely free from any medications diabetes related or otherwise and i plan on keeping it that way, thanks to lots of water and a veggie diet including lots of living foods I need to figure out some way to make a crunchy homemade veggie chip that has cauliflower and broccoli and carrots in it those are my fav veggies oh, and homemade potato chips are virtually fat free... slice thin, bake at 375 F for about 20 minutes... i soak mine overnight in a brine so they look a little gross, but they're delish... i put a couple drops of oil and spread it around the sheet pan with a paper towel, they don't stick much... very yummy, especially if you have a good mandolin and slice them extra thin oh and homemade pretzels *drool* i need more chip ideas :| Now I'm hungry
