Guest guest Posted December 4, 2008 Report Share Posted December 4, 2008 1 (15 oz) can pinto beans rinsed and drained 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese 1/4 cup finely chrushed tortilla chips about 3/4 oz. 2 Tablespoons finely chopped green onions 1/8 teaspoon cumin 1 large egg white 1 1/2 teaspoon canola oil Mash pinto beans with fork. All all ingredients excepr oil. Shape into four 1/2 " thich patties. Cook 3 minutes each side in oil. I also added mushrooms and chopped peppers with some salt and pepper to make them more tasty.
