okara recipe search

A long while ago, I found a recipe called 'okara puffs' or something like that,

and now I can't find it, it has mysteriously vanished... i remember it had

okara, small amounts of wheat and rye flour, spices and used yeast for

leavening, and curry like spices, and was a rather moist dough that was piped

onto sheet pan in 4 " strips and they doubled in size, then bake them... a friend

in Houston and I made them, and she has since lost the recipe and so have i, and

they were absolutely yummy ...

 

Does anyone know what this might be? and maybe have a recipe?
