Hi Donna - leftovers on tortillas, happy weekend

Happy Weekend to ya Donna!  I made AJ's Veggie Gumbo today - i'm having a 3 AM

snack with the leftovers on 3 day old tortillas - it was really good

I have not had a chance to get the molds yet, i cut them into triangles and bake

them until crisp
