Several people on this list commented on how cute she is (from the petfinder.com link I sent) -- just wanted to let you all know! She decided that she liked this mother and young son, started licking the boy's fingers! (Who knows what he had on his fingers, but it did the trick!) I told them they could only have her if they promised to call me and update me on her. So Sally will have a Merry Christmas with a new family! Yay! Audrey S. My own (Maine Coon, we think) tortie cat also likes to " lick fingers " of some of " her " humans! I don't know if she does it out of affection or just some other cat-notion! It is endearing, anyway!
